The territory of Geopark Terras de Cavaleiros is a reference for those who visit us.

It is the hands of the people who inhabit our territory that keep these centuries-old arts alive, such as: wicker basketry, the ancestral art of making bread, lace and embroidery, the manufacture of traditional costumes; the bellows to light the fire; the Caretos Masks and costumes; shale crafts; wooden miniatures; and the culture of linen (towels).

All these artisanal works are carried out by people who learned from their predecessors.
