Due to the growing demand for olive oil, which is one of the bases of healthy eating, the artisanal production of olive oil has proved to be an insufficient method to satisfy the needs of high demand for this product. In this way, new and improved industries have emerged that allow increasing the production of olive oil in order to satisfy the needs of consumers. It was in this sense that IPAN emerged.
IPAN is an industrialized olive oil mill, allowing its exportation to take olivine products produced from the Geopark further afield.
