| 06. PILLORY OF PINHOVELO
The Pillory of Pinhovelo is located in the parish of Amendoeira, in the centre of the village of Pinhovelo. It is a medieval pillory made of granite, the predominant material in the region. It has an ornate prismatic shaft and a capital with national arms topped by a pyramid with a sphere. It has been classified as a Property of Public Interest since 1933.
