Ribeira Beach is located in the beautiful natural landscape of the Azibo Reservoir, a very pleasant leisure area. A beach that is classified as one of the Seven Wonders of Portugal, in the category of “River Beaches of Portugal”. It has “Gold Quality”, recognized by Quercus and has been consecutively awarded the Blue Flag by the Blue Flag Association for the Environment and Education - ABAAE. Here, the leisure of a bathing area is combined with an absolutely breathtaking surrounding landscape. A true alternative to coastal beaches, with exceptional conditions, where the water is around an average temperature of 24ºC on the surface, for a great holiday period.
