The BioNordeste is a brand created by Quinta do Vale to denominate their jam and dried fruits of certified manual and organic production.
The Jams are manufactured with aromatic and season fruits, which grow in “Shale Lands”, giving to these products distinctive features. Without any colouring or artificial preservatives, these jams provide to the consumer, an excellent and recognized quality product. The walnut tree (the tree that gives us walnuts) requires medium-textured, deep, well-drained soils. This species is very sensitive to root asphyxiation. It thrives in deep, sandy, well-drained, irrigated soil rich in organic matter.
Beside this delicacies that they offer us, Quinta do Vale is also a bio agro tourism farm that offers, to those who visit it, the opportunity to contact with the products and with its biological production.
