Paulo Vilarinho, an entrepreneur with a passion for beekeeping and one of the founding members of the Confraria do Mel, produces honey with great care and rigor, focusing on product diversity and organic production. This beekeeper chooses the best from the Terras de Cavaleiros Geopark, taking advantage of the geological/geomorphological characteristics of the territory that influence the existing floral diversity. In this way, he manages to obtain varieties of rosemary, multifloral, chestnut and heather honey, resulting in an extremely high-quality end product.
