Located in the heart of north-eastern Trás-os-Montes, Lagar da Olimontes was born at the end of the 90s. Perpetuating the wisdom of previous generations combined with current scientific knowledge. It is thanks to its continuous improvement in the production of superior olive oils that the Olimontes mill has won several awards. Nationally and internationally, it is a business card for our Geopark.
