Going to museums makes us accomplices in centuries of history that collectively have given and continue to give meaning to the present.
It is housed in Casa Falcão, an 18th century manor house in the heart of the city. Its exhibition is not watertight, but is constantly being renewed, either with religious artefacts from the municipality's Pastoral Units and Parishes, or with other exhibitions of a wider scope, but always within the theme of Sacred Art.
Opening hours:
Winter: Monday to Friday - 9.00-17.00; Saturday and Sunday - 10.00-16.00
Summer: Monday to Friday - 9.00-18.00; Saturday and Sunday - 10.00-16.00
Closed 1 January, 1 May and 25 December
