Tradition and nature because we are a family-run business that preserves the know-how of generations who have treated the olive groves and agriculture with the utmost respect for nature in order to always obtain a product of excellence, which is why we practice organic production in order to preserve nature and the biodiversity that is so characteristic of this region, which is part of the geopark.
Innovation In order to reduce the impact of our activity on nature, we have tried to innovate, using practices and technology that allow us to reduce our footprint on nature. As an example of this, we have invested in a continuous line of ecological olive oil extraction, electric pruners and sweepers and we have reduced tillage to a minimum, thus promoting biodiversity and improving soil quality.
Consuming our products means continuing the work of preserving and conserving nature, and therefore helping to preserve this area of the geopark so that our generations can enjoy this magnificent, unique environment and leave a legacy for generations to come.
